This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, flat-screen TV, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me find my lost ID card, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend it for a cozy stay!

great location but small room

The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the staff was incredibly friendly! They quickly addressed any issues we raised.

The room, while nice, felt a bit cramped for two people.

I truly enjoyed the charming decor and cozy ambiance of Hotel Amsterdam Inn. The staff were exceptionally helpful, always eager to assist me with my luggage and provide recommendations for nearby restaurants. It felt like home during my stay....  

I loved the canal view from my room! It really made my stay special. The location is perfect for exploring, but the stairs were quite a workout after a long day. 😅

The Twin Room with Canal View was pretty spacious, which was a nice surprise. The view of the canal was lovely, perfect for the Instagram pics! But the beds were two singles pushed together, and it felt shaky. The stairs were super steep, so be prepared to trek a bit. Shower worked fine and the place was clean, but had some noise from the street outside at night. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs!

Charming old hotel with a delightful location! I upgraded to a larger room, and oh, the character! Plus, they offer bike rentals, which made exploring a breeze.

However, the shower was like a water fountain with a serious identity crisis. And good luck moving those heavy bags up those hilarious stairs!

Decent Location, Room for Improvement

I stayed in a Twin Room with Canal View for 2 nights. The location made walking around the city easy. However, the room felt dated. the decor needs refreshing, and the absence of basic amenities like bedside tables was disappointing. Make sure to check in before 2 PM, as there's limited luggage storage.

I loved the welcoming staff here. They offered to store our luggage upon arrival, which helped us explore Amsterdam stress-free. The room had a lovely view of the canal, way bigger than expected. I appreciated the option for early check-in and late check-out. that flexibility was great. Wi-Fi was solid too, allowing me to catch up on some work while enjoying the scenery. However, the hotel's proximity to a nightclub was a big downside. Loud music and shouting kept me and my kids awake until early morning. The beds had some stains, and rusting pipes near the pillows made it uncomfortable. The receptionist was sympathetic but that didn’t change our situation when we needed to check out early due to the noise. I expected more cleanliness in the room, considering the rate. Check-in procedures could be more efficient as we had to wait a while to access our room. I would encourage the hotel to improve on cleanliness and noise management to enhance future guests’ experiences.
